துபாய் காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகளின் அளப்பரிய சேவையினையும் அவர்களின் தோழமையான துறை நடவடிக்கைகளையும் அனைவரும் நன்று அறிந்திருக்கிறோம். இருப்பினும் சமயங்களில் ஏன் இப்படிப்பட்ட நகைச்சுவையான சொற்றொடர்களை உதிர்த்துவிட்டுச் செல்கிறார்கள் என்பதுதான் புரியவே இல்லை.
